Ms. Jessica is a radio and media personality with an infectious persona that connects with all types of people, allowing her to entertain different audiences perfectly. Affectionately known as “The Girl Next Door”, her high energy, passion, and bubbly voice comes through every time she touches a microphone.
As the new host of “Afternoon Vibes” and co-host of the top-rated and award-winning radio morning show “The Morning Maddhouse” on WPEG/Power 98, Ms. Jessica captivates listeners daily with her “Nosey Neighbor News”, candid conversations, and entertaining antics with the biggest celebrities.
When she is not on the air, Ms. Jessica dedicates a large portion of her time to working with youth and working in the community. She speaks at numerous schools and community events each year and has created several successful initiatives to give back. Her biggest program, “Ms. Jessica’s BIG Cut”, provides free haircuts and book bags as students prepare for a new school year. She also created “Ms. Jessica’s Power Performers” which celebrates student academic success and “Ms. Jessica’s Excellent Educators” which recognizes teachers who go above and beyond.
Ms. Jessica is a proud graduate of Johnson C. Smith University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as well as an active board member for the McCrorey Family YMCA and The Charles Johnson Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and listening to music. Ms. Jessica is dedicated to taking her career to the next level of greatness and will continue to be the difference-maker on air, and across the country.

Coaches Symposium Keynote Speaker
Mark Leinweaver
Mark Leinweaver is an MLB Agent who has over 20 years of sports and entertainment experience as an agent, educational speaker, TV & radio broadcaster, writer and film producer. He represents over 75 players, including All-Stars, and has helped negotiate over $250 million in contracts in his career. Mark proudly boasts that he has almost 5,000 contacts in his phone, relevant namely to handle a call or text from a GM or request at any moment from a player for tickets to Taylor Swift, the Super Bowl, Kendrick Lamar, the Final Four, Chris Stapleton, Broadway show, tee time at Pebble Beach, suite at a 5-star resort in Vegas and much, much more.
Mark also speaks nationwide at 50 schools a year on the side of his full-time job about Why Character Matters, a 30-minute assembly on “what the pros hear” about social issues and how dangerous their impact can be. He’s a guest professor every semester at USC on How To Get A Job In Sports and has advised over 2,000 students in the past 15 years. A former professional TV & radio broadcaster, including on MLB Network and Yahoo Sports, Mark currently has a baseball documentary in development with MLB Network for 2026. He’s been Keynote presenter at 28 education or athletic conferences in the past two years alone on Be The Agent, an educational message about self-representation.
