McClintock Spring Sports 2025-26

We are DIGITAL!!!  All forms MUST be completed and submitted digitally to tryout.  Drangonflymax is the online system for all athletic paperwork. Please click the Registration tab above to complete the online paperwork. Please click and read the parents guide before creating an account. 

 All 10 sections must be completed online apart from the physical examination form. The physical exam form is a writable/fillable document that must be printed and given to your doctor to complete, then, your completed physical exam form must be hand delivered, faxed, or emailed to the athletic director( Dawn Salters) by February 16th  for baseball/soccer and February 22nd for track. Once you complete your sports registration hold on to your registration receipt for your records. If you tried out or played a sport this school year, you do NOT need to do dragonfly forms again, just make sure your physical form is not over a year old. 

The following sports will be offered in the Spring: (Coaches and Room Numbers are below)

• Girls Soccer: Dixon B-4
• Boys Soccer: Mr. Becker B-5
• Baseball: Mr. Rabb D-1
• Girls and Boys Track: Mrs. Salters C-10   

Use the tabs at the TOP to be taken to each specific sport season where you will find coaches, schedules and other sport specific information!

• Copy of Current physical from a Doctor or Physician  (see link to physical form)
• Complete Dragonfly Online Registration: ALL TEN SECTIONS
•  2.0 GPA: Students must have a 2.0 GPA from 1st semester of 2025-26 school year and have the minimum load of courses passed from that semester. If you did not attend a CMS school last semester you must provide a copy of a report card to the Athletic Director.

All online forms and physicals are due to Mrs. Salters by  February 16th  for baseball/soccer and February 22nd for track.

McClintock Spring Sports 2025-26 Checklist:

Make sure the following items are complete before you come to tryouts on November 9th.

• I have turned in a paper copy of my physical to Mrs. Salters on the new Sports Physical Form and also uploaded it on Dragonfly. 
• I have completed the online Dragonfly Online Registration (red tab above)
• I have a 2.0 GPA: from 1st semester of the 2025-26 school year. Email Mrs. Salters to check your GPA starting February 12th. If you did not attend a CMS school last semester you must provide a copy of a report card to the Athletic Director. 
• I know when Tryouts are and will attend all the days.
• I know what to wear for Tryouts.
