Football Tryouts

Sign Ups:  Sign ups will all be via the computer.  Please go to Dragonflymax  to complete the CMS Athletic Online Paperwork.  You must be registered by August 28th.  The only form that you will submit to Mrs. Salters will be the health screening physical form filled out by a Doctor and that is due on August 29th.

Paperwork Due:  August 29th, 2023

Tryouts:  Tryouts will begin  on Tuesday, August 29th and will be a minimum of 2 days.  Tryouts will be from afterschool to 6:00 pm.  Please have a ride home at 6:00 pm. Please pick up all football players in the back of the school near the track. 

What to Bring to Tryouts: Shorts, cleats or sneakers and a t-shirt. Please bring a refillable water bottle.
