Chambers AD Reese Felder recently became a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) through the NIAAA Certification program. The certification is for those experienced athletic administrators that already hold the Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) and are employed or retired from a public or private school setting that serves grades 6-12.
To earn this distinction, Reese Felder has demonstrated exemplary knowledge, contributions and on-going professional development in the field of interscholastic athletic administration. The voluntary certification process included a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s educational background, experience, NIAAA Leadership Training Courses and professional contributions. It is culminated with a practical written or oral presentation project.
Reese Felder is one of a very elite group of interscholastic athletic administrators nationwide to attain this level of professionalism.
