Golf Tryouts

Sign Ups:  Sign ups will all be via the computer.  Please go to Dragonflymax  to complete all 10 sections of the CMS Athletic Online Paperwork.  You must be registered by August 26th.  The only form that you will submit to Mrs. Salters will be the health screening physical form filled out by a Doctor and that is due on August 26th.

Paperwork Due:  August 26th, 2024

Tryouts: 

August 28th, 29th, and 30th from 4 to 6pm. Please have your ride at the school by 6:00 pm. Please pick up all golf players in the FRONT of the school.

What to Bring to Tryouts: T-shirt or Polo, Shorts, and Sneakers. Golf Clubs (if you have them) Please bring a refillable water bottle.
