McClintock Fall Sports 2024-25

We are DIGITAL!!!  All forms MUST be completed and submitted digitally to tryout.  Drangonflymax is the online system for all athletic paperwork. Please click the Registration tab above to complete the online paperwork. Please click and read the parents guide before creating an account. 

 All 10 sections must be completed online apart from the physical examination form. The physical exam form is a writable/fillable document that must be printed and given to your doctor to complete, then, your completed physical exam form must be hand delivered, faxed, or emailed to the athletic director( Dawn Salters) before registration closes on August 26th
Once you complete your sports registration hold on to your registration receipt for your records of online completion and confirmation.

The following sports will be offered in the Spring: Baseball, Soccer, and Track.

Volleyball: Ms. Kane D-2

Softball: Mr. Sutton C-11

Football: Coach Neal/Bowman C-10

Cheerleading: Ms. Joosten/Nichols D-10

Golf: Mr. Dickerson D-9

Use the tabs at the TOP to be taken to each specific sport season where you will find coaches, schedules and other sport specific information!

• Copy of Current physical from a Doctor or Physician  (see link to physical form)
• Complete Dragonfly Online Registration: ALL TEN SECTIONS
• 8th grade only: 2.0 GPA: Students must have a 2.0 GPA from 2nd semester of the 2023-24 school year, and have the minimum load of courses passed from that semester. If you did not attend a CMS school last semester you must provide a copy of a report card to the Athletic Director.

All online forms and physicals are due to Mrs. Salters by August 26th!

McClintock Fall Sports 2024-25 Checklist:

Make sure the following items are complete before you come to tryouts on November 10th.

• I have turned in a paper copy of my physical to Mrs. Salters on the new Sports Physical Form and also uploaded it on Dragonfly. 
• I have completed the online Dragonfly Online Registration (red tab above)
• 8th grade only: I have a 2.0 GPA: from 2nd semester of the 2023-24 school year. Email Mrs. Salters to check your GPA starting August 16th. If you did not attend a CMS school last semester you must provide a copy of a report card to the Athletic Director. 
• I know when Tryouts are and will attend all the days.
• I know what to wear for Tryouts.
