All forms in your Dragonfly account need to be completed and forms can be uploaded.
$75 Participation fee due by the first game/match. DO NOT pay the fee until the roster has been set.
Option 1) Paying online in your Dragonfly account. This will be the only way to pay, I cannot accept cash/check.
Option 2) Applying for the waiver, all forms must be completed and the supporting documentation must be provided. Waiver forms are the last 2 pages. Please contact Jeff Konko for process and paperwork assistance.
WHAT DOES THE SOUTH CHARLOTTE BOOSTER CLUB DO?
The South Charlotte Booster Club works in conjunction with the South Charlotte Athletic Department to ensure the best experience possible is provided for athletes and fans of South Charlotte Middle School’s athletic program. Cms only provides a small budget to keep middle school athletics a float. Your contribution will strengthen the ability of the Booster Club to provide for the needs of the student athletes and continue the tradition of South Charlotte Middle School as the premier middle school sports program in CMS!
