TRYOUT Information: Tryouts will be held after school on Monday, August 26th to Wednesday, August 28th. ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT on   https://max.dragonflyathletics.com/maxweb/max-cover/login AND  COPY OF THE SPORTS PHYSICAL MUST BE TURNED prior to trying out. Students will be provided busing to Community House Middle and MUST be picked up by parent/guardian at Community House Middle school at 6:15 pm.
