The N.C. Basketball Coaches Association has released its all-district teams for the 2025-2026 season.
All-district teams are voted on by coaches who are members of the NCBCA. Players from N.C. High School Athletic Association member schools are eligible for selection, regardless of class.
Eight boys and 10 girls from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools were selected to the all-district team this year for District 9.
Among the selections were Kaharri Coleman (West Charlotte) and Lenis Joseph (North Mecklenburg), who were named the boys and girls District 9 Players of the Year.
As a sophomore this season, Coleman averaged 18.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 3.1 steals, and 1.9 blocks per game.
Joseph, a junior, averaged 18.8 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.3 steals, 2.9 blocks, and 1.4 assists per game.
In addition, West Mecklenburg boys basketball coach Chris Ewell, and North Mecklenburg girls basketball coach Jennifer Baker, were named the District 9 Coaches of the Year.
