Crestdale Try-Outs

 

The Fall Season is flying by and the Winter Sports season is right around the corner! Please make sure your child is prepared for Girl’s Basketball, Boy’s Basketball, and Cheerleading tryouts that are fast approaching! It is very important that all eligibility requirements are completed in a timely manner prior to tryouts. If a student shows up to tryouts without all requirements uploaded, they will unfortunately not be able to try out.

 

The link below contains direct information from CMS on how to create and access your Dragonfly accounts. You may print and bring your physical forms to your doctor’s office and then upload them on DragonFly. In order for your child to be eligible for tryouts, they need an updated sports physical and all paperwork completed on DragonFlyMax.com.

 

School officials WILL NOT COLLECT ANY DOCUMENTS. Parents and guardians must ensure that all documents have been uploaded into your Dragonfly accounts. Now is the time to do it if you wish to be prepared for tryouts.
