We are so excited about our Fall Sports Teams excelling both in the classroom and in their respective sport arena.  

We are now preparing for the Winter Sports Season and tryouts are almost here. 

 

Many families have already completed their uploads for athletic tryouts, which includes: PHYSICAL FORMS (3 pages) with doctor’s signature and both parent & athlete signatures, MEDICAL ELIGIBILTY FORMS (1 page) with doctor’s signature, and copies of your insurance card.  If you have not completed this initial process, please get started. It is a long process and you will need time to ensure that all information is uploaded in the appropriate areas. If your documents are not uploaded correctly, it will be denied and you will need to resubmit the documents repeatedly. Get started now to reduce some of the frustration from time constraints as deadlines approach.
