Hough was represented by Chloe Galombeck, a 5-foot-5 point guard. Galombeck was the only other West player outside of Alexis Shehan to score in double-figures, posting 11 points. She will play college basketball at the University of West Florida.
The East-West All-Star Games are an annual event that puts some of North Carolina’s top graduating seniors from the East against the West. Players are nominated by their high school coaches, then selected by the all-star coaches.
The 2025 East-West All-Star Game was played at the Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse.
